Nabholz Construction is requesting subcontractor and material proposals for the CoxHealth Residency Clinic project located on the 6th & 7th floors of the Wheeler Heart & Vascular Center, 3800 South National Ave, Springfield Mo 65807. The project consists of 22,700 SFT renovation to the existing facility.

Project Description: The project consists of the following scopes of work – demolition, masonry, rough carpentry, millwork & cabinets, finish carpentry, joint sealants, doors & hardware, aluminum storefront, glazing films, gypsum board assemblies, metal studs, fabric wrapped panels, ceramic tile, tile carpeting, resilient flooring, painting, wall & door protection, bath accessories, fire extinguisher cabinets, metal lockers, solid surface countertops, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, and fire alarm.
Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Visit: Wednesday, October 13th, 2021 at 1:00 PM. Meet in the 7th floor lobby of the Wheeler Heart & Vascular Center, 3800 South National Ave, Springfield Mo 65807.
