Scope: The Work consists of construction of a GCL liner with a sacrificial soil layer and indicator fabric, including all appurtenant grading and related work, in the existing Lagoon B at Blackman Water Treatment Plant. The total project area is approximately 79,000 ft2 (1.8 ac).
