Nabholz Construction is requesting subcontractor and material proposals for the General Aviation Terminal located at 2801 North General Aviation Avenue, Springfield, Missouri, 65803
Attention to bidders is particularly called to the following requirements:
· This project is tax exempt. Please exclude sales tax from your proposal.
· This project is Prevailing Wage and will follow Annual Wage Order No. 29 for Greene County.
· Please use the bid form for the General Aviation Terminal provided in the Construction Management Manual
· There are 10-unit prices requested. Please refer to the bid form.
· There are seven alternate prices requested. Please refer to the bid form.
1. Add landscaping to achieve desired LEED objectives.
2. Pre-Engineered Metal Carport Structure.
3. Replace Concrete Drive.
4. Remove Epoxy Flooring and Add Sealed Concrete.
5. Repaint mechanical rooftop screen.
6. Replace existing parapet cap flashing.
7. Provide field formed metal wall panels in lieu of factory formed.
Project Description: The project consists of the following scopes of work: demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, stainless steel, carpentry, millwork, waterproofing, metal wall panels & roofing, doors, glass, drywall, flooring, painting, specialties, window treatments, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage cabling, access controls, and fire alarm.
