Nabholz Construction is requesting subcontractor and material proposals for the Lawrence County Law Enforcement Center located at 1525 Missouri Drive, Mt. Vernon, MO 65712. The projects consists of a 37,423 SFT pre-engineered metal building office including a detention facility with pre-fabricated steel jail cells.
Attention to bidders is particularly called to the following requirements:
• This project is tax exempt. Please exclude sales tax from your proposal.
• This project is Prevailing Wage and will follow Annual Wage Order No. 28 for Lawrence County.
• 1 Alternate price is required to remove the security fence, gates, and operators.
Project Description: The project consists of the following scopes of work: concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, waterproofing, doors, glass, drywall, flooring, painting, specialties, detention equipment, food service equipment, laundry equipment, pre-engineered metal buildings, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage cabling, access controls, fire alarm, earthwork, asphalt paving, fencing, landscaping, and utilities.
