Nabholz Construction is requesting subcontractor and material proposals for the MSU Pedestrian Upgrades project located at 901 South National, Springfield, MO 65897. The project consists pf site improvements and construction of an elevator adjacent to the existing pedestrian tunnel under Grand Street.
Attention to bidders is particularly called to the following requirements:
- This project is tax exempt. Please exclude sales tax from your proposal.
- This project is Prevailing Wage and will follow Annual Wage Order No. 28 for Greene County.
- Elevator Will be owner furnished and owner installed. All scopes of work are to be coordinated with the elevator contractor.
Project Description: The project consists of the following scopes of work – site demolition, concrete, polished concrete, structural steel, finish carpentry, joint sealants, waterproofing, metal wall panels, TPO roofing, doors & hardware, aluminum storefront, gypsum board assemblies, metal studs, elevator flooring, fire extinguisher cabinets, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, shoring, asphalt paving, pavement markings, landscaping, and irrigation.
Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Visit: Tuesday, December 7th, 2021 at 2:00 PM located at the Burges House 736 S National Ave, Springfield, MO 65897 2:00PM.
Public Bid Opening: Please hand deliver your sealed bids by December 16th,2021 at 2:00PM, located at 736 S National Ave, Springfield, MO 65897 2:00 PM. Bids may be emailed to jarrettsims@nabholz.com 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend the public bid opening.
