Public Improvements for Birch Street Development – Hollister, Missouri Request for Qualifications Notice

IRH-Hollister, LLC is requesting qualificationsfor a design-build contractor to provide public infrastructure improvements required for the construction of the Birch Street Development until 4:00 p.m. local time on April 13, 2021.  Statements of Qualifications sent by theUSPS should be addressed to CPWG Engineering at 301 West Pacific Street, Suite B, Branson, Missouri 65616.  All other Statements of Qualifications will be accepted at CPWG Engineering, 301 West Pacific Street, Suite B, Branson, Missouri 65616 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All submissions related to this project need to be clearly marked “Public Improvements for Birch Street Development – Hollister, Missouri”.

The Issuing Office for the Bid Documents is Cribb Philbeck Weaver Group, Inc.  (CPWG Engineering) located at 301 West Pacific Street, Suite B, Branson, Missouri 65616.

Prospective Offerors may receive the Project Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and may obtain electronic copies of the Bid Documents from the Issuing Office.
