Please find attached a bid package for the Roof Replacement project at Mel’s on Madison, Lebanon, MO. PREBID July 29, 2024 at 10:00 am. BIDS DUE: August 9, 2024 by 5:00 pm.
Base Bid scope of work includes an overlay of the existing roof with a 115 mil fleece backed TPO roof with flashing and accessories.
Alternate 1 scope is the replacement of the ceiling of the exterior awning with light fixture replacement. The electrician will need to remove and make safe all of the fixture and outlet boxes to prepare for the new ceiling installation. After the ceiling is installed the electrician will need to remobilize to the project and install the fixtures and outlets.
Alternate 2 performance and payment bond, may not be required.
This is a full and open bid. Minority, women owned and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to participate. The Owner shall award the project to the best qualified bidder in the sole opinion and discretion of the Owner.
