The Killian Group – Invitation to Bid

Project: Abacus New Office Building, Hwy 60 & FR 193, Rogersville, MO 65742

Bid Date & Time: Tuesday, March 2nd, 2021 @ 12 pm

Killian Construction, a general contractor, is requesting subcontractor pricing for the new Abacus Office Building in Rogersville, MO.  This 2-story wood framed office building will have fiber cement and stone veneer exteriors with curtain wall and ACM accents.  Roofing will be TPO with canopy structures.  There are acoustical ceiling systems and suspended metal ceiling features.  Some special interior finishes include rubber fitness flooring, wallcoverings, and roller window shades.  There is a wood louver wall, a living wall feature and plastic laminate casework.  Some building systems include VAV and RTU air systems, fire alarm system and fire sprinkler.  There are new site utilities, to include a septic system and storm water basin.  Hardscapes include asphalt pavement finish with concrete aprons for future connections.
