Project Scope: New 3,500 sf medical cannabis dispensary. The scope of work includes site work, storm sewer with a detention basin, concrete curbs and entrances, sidewalks, asphalt paving, landscaping and retaining walls, privacy fencing, concrete footings and foundations. Exterior walls are wood framed, roof structure is metal bar joist with metal deck, TPO roofing. Exterior finishes include EIFS, stone veneer, metal panels, aluminum windows and fiber resin siding. Interior finishes include ceramic tile, sealed concrete floors, vinyl an wood base, millwork, doors/frames/hardware, transaction windows with security film, security mesh. The project also includes full mechanical, plumbing, security, and electrical scopes.
