SCA Sponsorships

General Membership Meeting:

$250 General Membership Meeting Sponsorship – Includes 3-5 minutes to speak at event as well as recognition on the event website the month of the event and in all related emails and social media. Sponsorship does not include tickets to the meeting ($20 per ticket unless company has an Annual Pass)

Skeet Shoot:

$100 Station Sponsorship – Includes a coroplast sign with your logo at a station during the event, listed on the event page of the website, and recognition in all related emails and social media posts

Golf Tournament:

$2,000 Title Sponsorship – The Title Sponsorship includes two golf teams (4 players each), towels with logos given to all golfers, and additional signage in the check-in area. The Sponsor is also listed on the event page of the website and receives recognition in all related emails and social media.

$500 Food Sponsorship – The Food Sponsor will have a banner in the lunch area. The Sponsor is also listed on the event page of the website and receives recognition in all related emails and social media.

$100 Hole Sponsorship – Includes a coroplast sign with your logo at a hole during both sessions, listed on the event page of the website, and recognition in all related emails and social media

$100 Beverage Sponsorship – Includes your company listed in all areas beverages are served during both sessions, listed on the event page of the website, and recognition in all related emails and social media

$150 Upgraded Beverage Sponsorship (new) – Includes an opportunity to place a branded tent (provided by company) at a hole where coolers will serve beverages during both sessions. Volunteers from the company are encouraged to participate at the tent, but it is not required. Sponsors are also listed on the event page of the website and receive recognition in all related emails and social media.

$100 Specialty Sponsorships – Similar to Hole Sponsors, the Specialty Sponsors receive a coroplast sign at a designated hole for the Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and Short Shot options. Sponsors are also listed on the event page of the website and receive recognition in all related emails and social media.

Pig Roast:

$3,500 Title Sponsorship – The Title Sponsorship includes their logo on tickets distributed for the Pig Roast, 10 tickets to the event, and a banner at the event as well as everything included in the $1,000 package through the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds – tickets to the fair, banner in the arena, and more. The Title Sponsor is also featured with a logo on the event page of the website and receives recognition in all related emails and social media.

$1,000 Head Sponsorship – The $1,000 Sponsorship is a package through the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds including tickets to the fair, banner in the arena, and more. The Head Sponsors will also have a banner at the Pig Roast event, will be listed on the event page of the website and receive recognition in all related emails and social media.

$500 Axe Throwing Sponsorship – The Axe Throwing Sponsor will have a banner in the area where the axe throwing contest is located at the Pig Roast. The Sponsor is also listed on the event page of the website and receives recognition in all related emails and social media.

$500 Band Sponsorship – The Band Sponsor will have a banner on the stage where the band plays during the Pig Roast. The Sponsor is also listed on the event page of the website and receives recognition in all related emails and social media.

Chicken BBQ:

$1,000 Rooster Sponsorship – Includes company logo on 16 oz cups for attendees, company logo on t-shirts for volunteers, 5 t-shirts,  4’x8’ banner (provided) to be displayed at event and 30 days of highway frontage, 15 event tickets, listed on SCA and CSI’s websites, recognition on social media and in all related emails

$500 Hen Sponsorship – Includes 4’x8’ banner (provided) to be displayed at event and 30 days of highway frontage, 10 event tickets, listed on SCA and CSI’s websites, recognition on social media and in all related emails

$300 Chick Sponsorship – Includes 3’x6’ banner (provided) to be displayed at event and 30 days of highway frontage, 5 event tickets, listed on SCA and CSI’s websites, recognition on social media and in all related emails

Christmas Open House:

$250 Christmas Open House Sponsorship – Includes name listed on signage at the event as well as recognition on the event website and in all related emails and social media posts

Generation Next Sponsorships

Membership Charity Event:

$100 Charity Sponsorship – Includes a logo on a lane or above the bar at the event as well as recognition on the event page of the website, all related emails, and related social media. All net proceeds will go a charitable organization picked by Generation Next each year.

Bass Bash:

$3,500 Presenting Sponsor – The Presenting Sponsorship is a custom sponsorship level. Please contact the Generation Next President or Bass Bash Committee Chair for more information.

$500 Largemouth Bass Level – Includes one entry into the fishing tournament, a banner (provided by Generation Next) displayed at the event, company/sponsor logo on the event t-shirt, and ten lunch tickets

$250 Smallmouth Bass Level – Includes a banner (provided by the company/sponsor) displayed at the event, company/sponsor logo on the event t-shirt, and five lunch tickets

Goodie Bags (cost varies) – In-kind donations of company promotional items, snack foods, or bottles of water to be given to participants as well as monetary donations of any amount to use towards Goodie Bag contents

Block Party:

$350 Dunk Tank Sponsorship – Includes a logo on a banner at the event as well as recognition on the event page of the website, all related emails, and related social media

$250 Food Sponsorship – Includes a logo on a banner at the event as well as recognition on the event page of the website, all related emails, and related social media

$250 Beverage Tank Sponsorship – Includes a logo on a banner at the event as well as recognition on the event page of the website, all related emails, and related social media post

$250 Entertainment Sponsorship – Includes a logo on a banner at the event as well as recognition on the event page of the website, all related emails, and related social media

$100 Table Sponsorship – Includes signage at a table (decorated by the Salute Council), on the back of the event program,
logo shown during the presentation, listed on the event page of the website, and recognition in all related emails and social media. Sponsor is still encouraged to provide individual gifts for the ten seats at the table.
