City of Springfield accepting bids for  College St. – Rt. 66 Phase 1

This project consists of approx. 6,800 sf. of 4″ concrete sidewalk, replacement of about 700 ft. of concrete curb & gutter, 460 sy. of concrete drive w/rollback curb, 600 sy. of pervious concrete, 600 ft new storm water pipe, bioretention basins, street light bases and Conduit, and new water main.
