Lathrop Gage Attorney in Inaugural Class of CLSA Charter Fellows
Michael Textor of Lathrop and Gage was selected along with Richard Rhyne of Kansas City as Charter Fellows for the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA), an invitation-only honorary society with limited membership from the United States and internationally.
According to a press release from Lathrop Gage, “Fellows are selected based on excellence and accomplishment in construction law and closely related specialties, from the transactional level to trial and appellate levels. Membership is limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows from the U.S. and internationally, and is selected and invited after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in construction law, as well as ethical standing.”
Along with serving on the Springfield Area Contractors Board of Directors, Textor has a national trial practice that focuses on construction, design, and real estate. He represents public and private project owners, engineers, design-builders, architects, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, and materials suppliers.
