Diamond Elementary School Multipurpose Room & Community Safe Room
The Diamond Elementary School Multipurpose Room & Community Safe Room project consists of an approximately 6,965 sq. ft. precast concrete FEMA 361 Tornado Safe Room that will house the Elementary School multipurpose room. In addition to the multipurpose space, the Safe Room includes restrooms, attached entry connection corridors, a mechanical mezzanine and storage rooms. The project also includes a kitchen addition and renovation, the expansion of an existing corridor and a new nurse’s facility. In addition, there is an alternate for a concessions and restroom facility addition. The entire project is approximately 18,245 sq. ft.
