Invitation to bid-Domestic Backflow Inspections FY14

Ozarks Technical Community College

Bids will be accepted to provide Domestic Backflow Inspections and retesting as required.

Bids are to provide inspections and retesting as necessary for Ozarks Technical Community College with various campus locations in Springfield, Ozark, Hollister, Lebanon and Waynesville, Missouri. All repairs provided will be on time and material basis using labor rate listed in bid documents.

PRE BID MEETING & SITE VISITS

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting for first time bidders. Sites will be available for pre-bid inspections using the following schedule:

OTC Facilities Office located at 933 E. Central Springfield, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Springfield Main Campus                   Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 3369B East Jackson, Ozark, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Richwood Valley Campus                  Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 10698 Historic Hwy 165, Hollister, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Table Rock Campus                            Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 22360 Hwy. MM, Lebanon, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Lebanon Campus                                Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 600 G W Lane, Waynesville, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Waynesville                                         Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
