Scope of Work
This project will include new ceilings, lights, paint, and flooring on both first and second floors. Remove classroom wall to create open student area. Create two student study rooms and two new offices. Update restroom on first floor for ADA compliance. Update heating system and modify MEP as required to accommodate new spaces.
