- Window Film (12 ml security film to all existing glazing)
- Flooring (vinyl & MDF base/polished concrete/sealed concrete)
- Painting (Typ. interior paint/paint ext fiber cement panels/facia & soffit/alternate replace RR wallpaper)
- Plumbing (2 toilets/2 wall sinks/1 kitchenette sink/water & sewer distribution/circ. pump)
- HVAC (modify existing split system/refrigerant/piping new ductwork/new fan coil unit/clean existing GRD’s/EFs)
