Separate sealed BIDS for the FAIR PLAY ELEVATED STORAGE REHABILITATIONS will be
received by City of Fair Play at the City Hall of Fair Play at 209 E. Third Street, Fair Play MO,
65649, until 11 AM Local Time on November 30th, 2023 and then at said office publicly opened
and read aloud.
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on 16, November, 2023 at 1 PM at the City Hall of
Fait Play located at 209 E. Third Street, Fair Play MO, 65649. The City of Fair Play is an
Equal Opportunity Employer and invites the submission of proposals from Women and
Minority Business Enterprises.
Bidders are informed that pursuant to Section 285.530, RSMo, as a condition of the award, the
successful Bidder shall, by sworn affidavit and provision of documentation, affirm its enrollment
and participation in a federal work authorization program with respect to the employees working
in connection to the contracted services. Successful Bidder shall sign an affidavit affirming that it
does not knowingly employ any person who is an unauthorized alien in connection to the
contracted services.
All bids shall reflect payment of not less than State of Missouri prevailing wage to be paid to all
workers performing work under this contract in accordance with all requirements of Sections
290.010 through 290.580 RSMo.
All contractors or subcontractors doing work on the Project must require its on-site employees to
complete the ten-hour construction safety training program required under Section 292.675,
RSMo, unless they have previously completed the program and have documentation of having
done so.
Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President’s Executive Order Number
11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the
specifications.
The PROJECT has been financed through the American Rescue Plan Act, established by the
sale of Missouri Water Pollution Control bonds and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri.

and American Document Solutions. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS are also available to view
online at https://www.adsplanroom.net/. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be purchased with a
non-refundable deposit by contacting American Document Solutions ONLY. Purchase price is
available upon request from American Document Solutions. Checks are to be made payable to
“ADS”, and mailing costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
