Scope of Work
The project consists of excavating a large, vegetated open channel beginning on the south end near the creek, through the City-owned property at 3330 W. Division St. and along Division St. to Ohara Ave. The project also includes the installation of concrete box culverts under Division St. and Ohara Ave. along with inlets, stormwater pipe, replacement of pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, seeding, and other incidental work.
Pre-Bid Conference
NON-MANDATORY A pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 21, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. (CST). The pre-bid conference shall be conducted via videoconference.
