Pre-Bid Conference
NON-MANDATORY A pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. (CST). The pre-bid conference shall be conducted at the Cooper Tennis Complex meeting room 2331 E. Pythian St, Springfield, MO 65802. The site visit immediately follows the pre-bid conference. All interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
