Nabholz Construction is requesting subcontractor and material proposals for the BPS Family Health Clinic project located 2425 E. Kearney St. Springfield MO 65803. The project consists of demolition and remodel of the old Greyhound building across from Bass Pro Base Camp.
Attention to bidders is particularly called to the following requirements:
· This project is taxable. Please include sales tax in your proposal.
· This project is NOT Prevailing Wage.
· 1 alternate price is required for wood ceilings. Please look at sheet A6.1.
Project Description: The project consists of the following scopes of work – site demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, finish carpentry, millwork, rough carpentry, joint sealants, waterproofing, TPO roofing, doors & hardware, coiling doors, storefront, wood windows, gypsum board assemblies, metal studs, cement plastering, flooring, painting, fire extinguisher cabinets, lockers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pavement markings, landscaping and termite control.
