Project Information
Nabholz Construction is requesting subcontractor and material proposals for the New Covenant Academy Liberty Improvements located in Springfield, MO. The project consists of a 1,900 SFT addition and 9,200 SFT renovation of the existing auditorium area.
Attention to bidders is particularly called to the following requirements:
· This project is tax exempt. Please exclude sales tax from your proposal.
· This project is not Prevailing Wage.
· This project has 2 bid alternates for HVAC work.
Alternate 1: Replace twinned 5-ton split systems and make new connections.
Alternate 2: Replace 3-ton split system AH2 and make new connections.
· The project is divided into 3 areas. Please separate your pricing by:
1. Bid Package A
2. Bid Package B
3. Bid Package C
Project Description: The project consists of the following scopes of work: demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, millwork, waterproofing, wall panels, roofing, doors, glass, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, canopies, specialties, window treatment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, earthwork, pavement markings, and landscaping.
Pre-Bid Meeting: Thursday June 8th, 2023 @ 10:30 AM, located at NCA Liberty Campus, 3581 South Kansas Avenue, Springfield, MO 65807.
