All endorsed “Proposals” shall be hand delivered to Ozarks Technical Community College’s board room, located on the second floor of Information Commons at 1001 E. Chestnut Expy, Springfield, Mo, 65803, no later than 3:00 p.m., CST, Thursday, July 27, 2023.
Construction Drawings and Specifications will be available on July 6, 2023 through Springfield Blue Print.

The bidder understands that Ozarks Technical Community College reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any technicalities or informalities in the bidding.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED): A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 am, July 13, 2023, to be held in the college board room, located on the second floor of Information Commons at 1001 E. Chestnut Expy, Springfield, Mo 65802.
PREVAILING WAGES: Prevailing wages shall be paid in accordance with the Missouri Division of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order or the Davis-Bacon Wage Rates in effect at the time of construction.
PROJECT COMPLETION: All Work for this project shall be substantially complete by November 30, 2024.
