Nabholz Construction is requesting subcontractor and material proposals for the Ozark Mill Maintenance Facility. The project consists of site improvements and remodel of an existing 10,656 SFT building located at 751 9th Street, Ozark, Missouri, 65721.

Project Description: The project consists of the following scopes of work – interior selective demolition, concrete, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, joint sealants, doors & hardware, overhead door, gypsum board assemblies, metal studs, painting, fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, site demolition, earthwork, gravel paving, concrete paving, curb & gutter, asphalt paving, pavement sealing & striping, handicap signage, parking blocks, fencing, landscaping, and utilities.
Date & Time: Proposals will be accepted prior to 2:00 PM CST on August 24th, 2021.
