Nabholz Construction is requesting subcontractor and material proposals for the Spokane Schools Bond projects located in Spokane, Missouri. The projects consists of a new field house, locker room renovations, and early childhood center renovations.

Attention to bidders is particularly called to the following requirements:
• This project is tax exempt. Please exclude sales tax from your proposal.
• This project is Prevailing Wage and will follow Annual Wage Order No. 29 for Christian County.
• The locker renovations work will take place during the summer of 2023 while school is out and needs to be completed by the end of summer.
• Please use the bid form for the Spokane Schools Bond projects provided in the Construction Management Manual
Project Description: The project consists of the following scopes of work: demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, millwork, waterproofing, siding, roofing, doors, overhead doors, storefront, drywall/metal studs, flooring, painting, specialties, food service equipment, elevators, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, fencing, landscaping, and utilities.

Public Bid Opening: Bids may be hand delivered by March 1st, 2023 @ 4:30PM, located at Spokane High School Library, 1123 Spokane Rd., Spokane, MO 65754.
