Invitation to bid-Fire Door Inspection FY14

Ozarks Technical Community College

Bids will be accepted to provide fire door inspections or re-inspections when necessary of hallway and drop down fire doors to insure that all are fully operational and comply with current NFPA fire code specifications, at Ozarks Technical Community College campuses located in Springfield, Lebanon, and Ozark, Missouri.

PRE-BID MEETING & SITE VISITS

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting for first time bidders.

Sites will be available for pre-bid inspections using the following schedule:

OTC Facilities Office located at 933 E. Central Springfield, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Springfield Main Campus                   Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 3369B East Jackson, Ozark, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids. 

Richwood Valley Campus                  Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 11:30 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 22360 Hwy. MM, Lebanon, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Lebanon Campus                                Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
