Invitation to Bid-Fire Extinguisher Inspections FY15

Ozarks Technical Community College

Bids will be accepted to provide fire extinguishers inspection service, recharge and repair if needed, and providing updated tags for Ozarks Technical Community College with campuses located in Springfield, Ozark, Hollister, Lebanon and Waynesville, Missouri.

PRE-BID MEETING & SITE VISITS   

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting for ALL bidders.

Sites will be available for pre-bid inspections using the following schedule:

OTC Facilities Office located at 933 E. Central Springfield, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Springfield Main Campus                   Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at 9:30 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 3369B East Jackson, Ozark, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Richwood Valley Campus                  Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 10698 Historic Hwy 165, Hollister, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Table Rock Campus                            Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 22360 Hwy. MM, Lebanon, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Lebanon Campus                                Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 600 G W Lane, Waynesville, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Waynesville                                         Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
