Facilities and Grounds Department

Our Department is requesting your hours of operation and labor rates for the next twelve months.  Hours of Operation must include your normal working hours (including second and third shifts), overtime and weekend hours.  If you company typically works on holidays, please list the hours that apply accordingly.  The forms need to be in the office by July 1, 2013.
