Invitation to bid-Irrigation Backflow Inspections FY14

Ozarks Technical Community College

Bids will be accepted to provide Irrigation Backflow Inspections and retesting as required.  Bids are to provide inspections and retesting as necessary for Ozarks Technical Community College with various campus locations in Springfield, Ozark, and Hollister, Missouri. All repairs provided will be on time and material basis using labor rate listed in bid documents.

PRE BID MEETING & SITE VISITS

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting for first time bidders.  Sites will be available for pre-bid inspections using the following schedule:

OTC Facilities Office located at 933 E. Central Springfield, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Springfield Main Campus                   Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 3369B East Jackson, Ozark, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Richwood Valley Campus                  Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 12:00 p.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 10698 Historic Hwy 165, Hollister, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Table Rock Campus                            Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.
