Invitation to Bid-Lawn Maintenance (Fertilization) FY14

Ozarks Technical Community College

Bids will be accepted to provide Fertilizing Services contract period April thru October 2014, to include weed control for lawns and insect control to trees and shrubs, for Ozarks Technical Community College campuses in Springfield, Ozark, Hollister, Lebanon, and Waynesville, Missouri. 

PRE-BID MEETING & SITE VISITS

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting for first time bidders.

Sites will be available for pre-bid inspections using the following schedule: 

OTC Facilities Office located at 933 E. Central Springfield, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.  

Springfield Main Campus                   Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. 

OTC Facilities Office located at 3369B East Jackson, Ozark, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.  

Richwood Valley Campus                  Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. 

OTC Facilities Office located at 10698 Historic Hwy 165, Hollister, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids. 

Table Rock Campus                            Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. 

OTC Facilities Office located at 22360 Hwy. MM, Lebanon, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids. 

Lebanon Campus                                Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. 

OTC Facilities Office located at 600 G W Lane, Waynesville, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids. 

Waynesville                                         Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 12:00 p.m.
