Sealed bids for the OAK GROVE PARK DRAINAGE LINWOOD ST. TO PORTLAND ST. STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS will be accepted at the City of Springfield, Busch Building, 840 Boonville, Springfield, MO  65802 until 10:00 AM on Friday, January 31^st, 2014 and then publicly opened and read aloud in the 2^nd floor East Conference room of the Busch Building.  Bids received after 10:00 AM will be returned unopened. This project consists of demolition, earthwork, storm sewer, concrete paving, and miscellaneous improvements. Bid Documents and Plans can be obtained at Engineering Reprographics at 1600 E.  Pre-bid Conference/Site Investigation: A pre-bid conference will be held at 3:30 PM on Tuesday, January 21^st, 2014 in the 2^nd floor West Conference room of the Busch Building located at 840 Boonville Ave. Springfield, MO.  All Bidders are encouraged to review the work site and attend the Pre-bid Conference. 

A certified or cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal.  Note all labor shall be paid Missouri Prevailing Wages.
