Intended Award Date:  Wednesday, June 10, 2015

Construction Start Date:  Monday, June 15, 2015

Completion Date:  Monday, July 20, 2015

Pre-Bid Meeting (Mandatory):

Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at the Project Site located at the Southeast corner of the intersection of Sherman Avenue and Central Street in the city of Springfield, Missouri 65802. The Meeting will convene at the barricaded section of parking lot weather pending. If inclement weather, the meeting will be held at the Operations Center, 933 E. Central Street. The Owner and College Architect will make a presentation and take questions. All General Bidders interested in bidding must attend and major subcontractors are urged to attend.
