NEW MECHANICAL ROOM WITH REPLACEMENT BOILER & CHILLER AT THE PRINCE LANE FACILITY
The project is centered within the Storeroom located between the 828 N. Prince Lane and 825 N. Belcrest offices and involves demolition of the existing boiler, chiller, pumps and related specialties, demolition of the existing mechanical room’s walls and overhead; construction of an enclosed, enlarged mechanical room with the installation of a new boiler and chiller with pumps and all hardware and specialties, complete with controls integrated with the existing building control system. Owner shall furnish the chiller and refrigeration monitor and the Contractor shall install all equipment and furnish all other equipment, hardware and specialties complete with start-up and commissioning of all systems. The construction to commissioning window is limited to start Friday, November 1st and finish on Friday, November 15th
