Comprehensive Campus Master Plan

All “Submittals” for professional master planning consulting services shall be mailed to or delivered to the attention of Harlan Hill, College Architect, at the Ozarks Technical Community College Campus (RPM Building), 933 E. Central Street, Springfield, Missouri 65802, no later than 2:00 p.m., CST, Tuesday, October 25, 2016 (time shall be determined by the clock in the RPM Building).  Submittals received after 2:00 p.m. shall be returned unopened.

RFQ packets will be available and may be obtained at no cost to recipient beginning Thursday, September 22, 2016, 10:00 a.m. from the RPM Building, Office of the College Architect, 933 E. Central Street, Springfield, Missouri 65802.  Recipients will be required to sign for receipt, or if downloaded from the Website http://ww2.otc.edu/adminservices/architect/ , forward contact information to the College Architect.

Direct all associated questions to Harlan Hill, College Architect, 933 E. Central Street, Springfield, Missouri 65802, 417-447-4810 or hillh@otc.edu.  All questions shall be submitted in writing. Questions submitted after Friday, October 7, 2016, 4:00 pm will not receive a response.

The respondent understands that Ozarks Technical Community College reserves the right to award any pending or future contracts for services in the sole opinion of and to the best judgment by OTC Administration and the Selection Committee to the most qualified and best-suited respondent for any particular project.    Services to be provided by the selected respondent(s) will be negotiated on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications pursuant to RSMO Section 8.285 through 8.291.
