Invitation to bid-Snow Removal Services FY16

Ozarks Technical Community College

Bids will be accepted to provide Snow Removal Services from driveways and parking areas as needed. These bids are to include hourly rates, setup charges for pre-staging of equipment, not to exceed number of hours, and the minimal amount of equipment available at each campus. Ozarks Technical Community College has campuses located in Springfield, Ozark, Hollister, Lebanon and Waynesville, Missouri.

PRE-BID MEETINGS & SITE VISITS

Pre-bid/site visits are MANDATORY for ALL bidders.

Sites will be available for pre-bid inspections using the following schedule:

OTC Facilities Office located at 933 E. Central Springfield, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Springfield Main Campus                   Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 3369B East Jackson, Ozark, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Richwood Valley Campus/TTI           Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 10698 Historic Hwy 165, Hollister, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Table Rock Campus                            Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 22360 Hwy. MM, Lebanon, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Lebanon Campus                                Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 600 G W Lane, Waynesville, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Waynesville                                         Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 12:00 p.m.
