10 HOUR OSHA CONSTRUCTION
Mid-America has Outreach Trainers on staff that provide an intensive training curriculum that exceeds OSHA requirements. After your employees attend our classes they will receive a temporary 10 hour card indicating that they have completed the course until their OSHA 10 hour training card is received. Our classes are conducted with professionalism, real life examples, and can be customized to meet your specific needs.

Some companies perform this training in less than 10 hours, however, the requirement is that employees receive 10 hours of training, not including breaks and lunch. The training must consist of 10 hours of actual instruction. Do not be mislead by those that do not take your company’s safety serious. State of Missouri law regarding Construction
“Any person signing a contract to work on the construction of public works for any public body shall provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for their on-site employees which includes a course in construction safety and health approved by OSHA or a similar program approved by the department which is at least as stringent as an approved OSHA program. All employees are required to complete the program within sixty days of beginning work on such construction project.”
