The SCA has partnered with AGC of Missouri to offer the Superintendent Training Program (STP) , a program consisting of six two-day-long units (one unit every two weeks from January thru March), leading to the AGC of America nationally recognized STP Program Completion Certificate. The STP Program curriculum developed by AGC of America is designed for Entry-Level Superintendents and Foremen preparing to advance into Superintendent positions.

STP Unit 6, Risk Management & Problem Solving

Time: 8 am – 4:30 pm (breakfast and lunch included)
Location: SCA Office, 1313 N Nias Ave.

This course covers understanding how project estimates are compiled, how to compare actual project costs with those estimated and how to control costs to meet the estimate. This course also details how productivity is measured, how the supervisor plays a major role in increasing jobsite productivity and how a small increase in productivity can have a significant impact on the time and cost of a project.
