• This project is tax exempt. Please exclude sales tax from your proposal.
• This project is Prevailing Wage and will follow Annual Wage Order No. 29 for Barry County.
• Please use the civil plans from the Barry County Jail and Sherriff’s office to bid this project. Please use the bid form for the Barry County Health Department provided in the Construction Management Manual
Project Description: The project consists of the following scopes of work: earthwork, asphalt paving, landscaping, and utilities.
