Nabholz Construction is requesting subcontractor and material proposals for the Barry County Health Department located in Cassville, Missouri.
Attention to bidders is particularly called to the following requirements:
• This project is tax exempt. Please exclude sales tax from your proposal.
• This project is Prevailing Wage and will follow Annual Wage Order No. 29 for Barry County.
• Please use the bid form for the Barry County Health Department provided in the Construction Management Manual
• There are 2 alternate prices required:
Alternate 1 – Exterior drive thru canopy structure.
Alternate 2 – Interior storm shelter structure.
Project Description: The project consists of the following scopes of work: concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, waterproofing, doors, glass, drywall, flooring, painting, specialties, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage cabling, access controls, and fire alarm.

Pre-Bid Meeting: Pre-Bid Meeting: March 9th, 2023 @ 2:00 PM, located at the Historic Courthouse, located at 700 Main Street, Cassville, MO 65625. A site visit will occur after the meeting.
Public Bid Opening: Bids may be hand delivered by March 30th, 2023 @ 2:00PM, located at the Historic Courthouse, located at 700 Main Street, Cassville, MO 65625.
