Project: Mansfield Secure EntryContractor: Nabhoilz Construction
Nabholz Construction is requesting subcontractor and material proposals for the Mansfield Secure Entry projects located in Mansfield, Missouri.
Attention to bidders is particularly called to the following requirements:
• This project is tax exempt. Please exclude sales tax from your proposal.
• This project is Prevailing Wage and will follow Annual Wage Order No. 29 for Wright County.
• Please use the bid form for the Mansfield Secure Entry projects provided in the Construction Management Manual
• This project has 1 alternate required on the bid form.
1. Alternate 1 classroom and corridor renovation.
Project Description: The project consists of the following scopes of work: demolition, carpentry, millwork, doors, glass, drywall, flooring, painting, specialties, HVAC, electrical, and access controls.

Pre-Bid Meeting: Pre-Bid Meeting: March 15th, 2023 @ 2:30 PM, located at Mansfield High School Cafeteria, 316 W Ohio Street, Mansfield, MO 65704. A site visit will occur after the meeting.
Public Bid Opening: Bids may be hand delivered by March 28th, 2023 @ 2:00PM, located at Mansfield High School Cafeteria, 316 W Ohio Street, Mansfield, MO 65704.
