Sealed bids for the Division and National Intersection Improvements will be accepted at the City of Springfield, Busch Building, 840 Boonville, Springfield, MO 65802 until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024 and then publicly opened and read aloud in the 2nd floor West Conference room of the Busch Building. Bids received after 10:00 a.m. will be returned unopened.
This project consists of Signal improvements and geometric improvements at the intersection of National and Division in coordination with planned railroad improvements.

Pre-bid Conference/Site Investigation: A pre-bid conference will be held 3:00 pm on April 22nd , 2024 in the Second Floor West Conference Room at the City of Springfield, Busch Building, 840 Boonville, Springfield, MO 65802. All Bidders are encouraged to review the work site and attend the Pre-bid Conference.
A certified or cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal. Note all labor shall be paid Missouri Prevailing Wages. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bids.
