Division Street Sidewalk Project

Scope of Work:

This work includes, but is not limited to , a sidewalk addition along the south side of Division Street.  This will add curb and gutter within the project area.  The project will include modifications to the drainage collection system.  The improvements to Division Street will include regrading and resurfacing the existing driveways and commercial entrances to Division Street.  At the intersections, new curb and gutter transitions will be installed.  Construction will be in accordance with the set of plans prepared for the City of Springfield and City Utilities.  The project will be administered by City Utilities and inspected by the City of Springfield.  See Job Special Provision JSP-01 for more information.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A pre-proposal conference will take place virtually via GoToMeeting at 2:00 PM on December 17, 2020.  Contact the CU Purchasing representative identified in RFP Section 001116 to RSVP and obtain the GoToMeeting information.  Registration is requested by Wednesday, December 16th.

Bid Submittals:

All proposals must be in the hands of the Purchasing Agent of City Utilities, per on of the approved submittal methods provided in Section 001116 “Proposal Submittal Methods” below, by the Proposal Opening date and time, which is January 8, 2021, at 2:00 PM. Any proposal received after such date and time will be rejected.
