The Nursing Department on the West Plains campus is housed in Looney Hall and is in need of a new nursing simulation lab, new elevator, and interior renovations. The new addition will be located on the North end of the existing building at the lower level. Minor modifications will also be required on the existing interior of the lower level and the existing nursing simulation lab on the first floor. All work required to complete a functional nursing simulation lab will be included in the Base Bid package. A new replacement elevator and additional interior renovations will be included in as Bid Alternates. |
