Sealed Bid Proposals Request for: Center for Advanced Manufacturing

All endorsed “Proposals” shall be mailed to or hand delivered to the Operations Center Building located on the Ozarks Technical Community College Springfield Campus, 933 E. Central Ave., Springfield, Missouri 65802, no later than 7:00 p.m. (CST) Thursday, October 15, 2020. All received and qualified proposals will be opened and read aloud publicly at 9:00 a.m. (CST), Friday, October 16, 2020, in the Board of Trustees room located on the second floor of the Information Commons building.
Construction Drawings and Specifications will be available on September 15, 2020 and may be purchased through Springfield Blueprint, 219 E. Pershing, Springfield, Missouri 65806, (417) 869-7316 or Engineers Reprographics, 1600 E. St Louis Street, Springfield, Missouri 65802, (417) 869-2222.

The bidder understands that Ozarks Technical Community College reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest qualified bidder and to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any technicalities or informalities in the bidding.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. (CST), Tuesday, September 22, 2020. The conference will be held in Lincoln Hall room 211, on the Ozarks Technical Community College Springfield Campus. It will also be available via zoom. Face masks will be required while on campus if attending in person. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is recommended.
PREVAILING WAGES: Prevailing wages shall be paid in accordance with the Missouri Division of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order in effect at the time of construction.
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: All Work for this project shall be Substantially Complete by, June 30, 2022.
FINAL COMPLETION: All Work for this project shall be achieve Final Completion by July 30, 2022.
