INVITATION TO CONTRACTORS
Notice is hereby given that Springfield R-XII School District will receive sealed bids from experienced contractors at their General Services Center (GSC), 1458 E. Chestnut Expressway, Springfield, MO until 10:00AM on Thursday, February 18th, 2021 for the:
Return Line Repair Project at
Central’s Old Pool
420 E. Central
Springfield, Missouri 65802
The unified bids shall include the General scope of work for the project. Bids will be opened and read aloud on Thursday, February 18th, 2021 at 11:00AM at GSC. All bid packages must be delivered to GSC via parcel courier or bidders may hand deliver bids through the mail delivery slot located on the front lobby door or to a representative in the front office area of GSC. A virtual call will be required for participating contractors on the plan holder list to view the bid opening.
Plans, specifications, bid forms and Instructions to Bidders will be available Monday, February 08 2021, at the General Services Center after 12:00PM, phone (417) 523-0418.

A pre-bid meeting/review for Contractors will be held at the Old Pool, 420 E. Central, Springfield, MO, beginning outside the main entrance, on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 10:00 am. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is recommended.
