City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri, will be accepting bids for “Gas and Water Operations Building Roof Reparis” until 2:00 p.m., local time, August 29, 2013, at the Purchasing Dept.,301 E. Central St., Springfield, Missouri, at which time they will not be opened publicly.

SCOPE OF WORK: The work includes, but is not limited to the construction and/or the installation of the following:
The Work generally consists of repairing and/or replacing the roof at the Gas & Water Operations at 1321 W. Calhoun, Springfield, Missouri.  Work includes repairing the built-up roof in Area A & B, replacing the built-up roof at Area C, and adding a coating to metal roof at Area D.  All work to be completed in accordance to the contract specifications and drawings.
