A prebid meeting will not be held for this project. Contact Raymond Wade at wader@otc.edu to arrange to visit the site prior to bid.
Receipt of Bids: All Bids for the project shall be made upon the form provided by the Owner
and/or Engineer.
Bids shall be hand delivered to Ozarks Technical Community College,
Springfield, Missouri until 2:00 p.m., local time, on May 17, 2022 in the College Facilities
Office, located at 933 E. Central Street, Springfield, Missouri, enclosed in a sealed envelope
addressed and marked ITTC Rooftop Unit Replacement – Springfield Campus. This envelope
shall also bear the name of the bidder. Bids shall include all freight, overhead and profit, and any
other miscellaneous charges relating to the work. The Owner is a tax-exempt entity.
