The City anticipates awarding separate Job Order Contracts for general construction and roofing. Primary topics will include an overview of the JOC procurement system, tips for analyzing the Unit Prices contained in the Construction Task Catalog® to prepare an accurate bid, and the procedure for ordering work to procure individual projects post-award.
