INVITATION TO CONTRACTORS
Notice is hereby given that Springfield R-XII School District will receive sealed bids from experienced contractors at their General Services Center, 1458 E. Chestnut Expressway, Springfield, MO until 11:30am, March 3, 2020 for the:
2020 Gym Floor Sanding and Refinishing
Multiple SPS Locations
Springfield, Missouri 65803
The unified bids shall include the General scope of work for the project.
Bids will be opened and read aloud on March 3, 2020 at 11:30am at the General Services Center in Conference Room 2.
Plans, specifications, bid forms and Instructions to Bidders will be available Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 4:00pm at the General Services Center or electronic copies may be furnished upon request to the Project Coordinator.

A pre-bid meeting for Contractors will be held at General Services Center in Conferece Room 3 on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 9:30am Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is recommended.
