INVITATION TO CONTRACTORS
Notice is hereby given that Springfield R-XII School District will receive sealed bids from experienced contractors at their General Services Center, 1458 E. Chestnut Expressway, Springfield, MO until 10:30am Thursday, January 27, 2020, for the:
Selective Roof Replacement at
Field Elementary School
2120 E. Barataria
Springfield, Missouri 65804
The unified bids shall include the General scope of work for the project.
Bids will be opened and read aloud on 10:30am Thursday, January 27, 2020 at the General Services Center.
Plans, specifications, bid forms and Instructions to Bidders will be available Wednesday, February 12, 2020 by 1:00pm from the General Services Center or electronic copies of the plans may be furnished upon request to the Project Coordinator.

A pre-bid meeting for Contractors will be held at General Services Center in Conference Room 3 at 9:00am Febraury 20, 2020. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is recommended.
