Public Works welcomes feedback from the contracting community on preliminary plans for upcoming projects about to be put out for bid. Plans will be posted and open for comment for approximately two weeks. Please follow the links provided to review construction plans and submit your input.

City of Springfield Preliminary Capital Improvement Plans

The City of Springfield has begun posting preliminary plans online for the purpose of soliciting feedback from contractors. The SCA has been encouraging the City to develop a mechanism for feedback when possible. This new process will give contractors the opportunity to provide input on the designs prior to construction.
